During his speech, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed said that the launch of the new strategies marks the beginning of a new stage for Sharjah’s media. “This is a new phase where we reflect Sharjah's culture and look forward to a bright future,” he said. He added that the media strategies had been successful, as shown by the results and the hard work of everyone involved.

Sheikh Sultan explained that these strategies were not created alone. Many people worked together, including the employees of media organizations, to help create a plan that aims for excellence. "This plan is not just on paper; it’s a clear vision that will guide us into the future," he said.

Sheikh Sultan also talked about the challenges Sharjah's media industry faces. He said that it’s important to be ready for the changes happening in the media world. "Our role is to work together to face challenges with confidence," he said. He mentioned several important challenges, such as predicting how media will handle crises and ensuring a quick response to challenges, getting investors and finding new ways to make money for media projects, working together between media organizations to use resources well and be more effective, and innovating and changing with new technology to keep up with the changing media world.

Sheikh Sultan said that these strategies are important because they help reach the goals of the media organizations. He urged everyone to turn the plans into actions, not just keep them as ideas. “These strategies will help us create great media content and make Sharjah a top media center,” he added.

The project to update the media strategies involved studying more than 100 files and creating 20 main objectives. The team also developed 16 important performance indicators to track the success of the media plans. The Sharjah Media Council presented the new strategies of its media organizations, showing how these organizations will work together to meet the needs of the changing media world.

The next step is to turn these strategies into real projects. Media organizations will start working on new ideas and projects with clear goals to make sure they are successful. They will also track how well they are doing by checking their progress.

During the event, there were workshops where teams discussed ideas to solve problems in the media. These ideas will help the media sector prepare for future challenges, such as handling emergencies, attracting investment, and using new technology.

Before the event ended, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed visited an exhibit that showed what the future of media in Sharjah could look like. He also wrote a message on a wall about the “Future of Media in Sharjah.”

The ceremony was attended by many important figures in the media world, including Mohamed Hassan Khalaf, Director General of Sharjah Broadcasting Authority, and Tariq Saeed Allay, Director General of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau. This event shows that Sharjah is serious about building a strong, responsible media that will keep growing and adapting to new challenges in the future.
