Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, the MWL Secretary-General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, described this incident as a grave violation. He emphasized that it is part of a series of ongoing violations of both international and humanitarian laws. These actions, according to Dr. Al-Issa, are not only causing harm to innocent civilians but are also contributing to the continuous cycle of violence in the region.

He warned that such attacks further endanger the lives of civilians, leading to more unnecessary loss of life. Furthermore, Dr. Al-Issa stated that these actions undermine the efforts for peace and stability in the region, making it even harder to achieve lasting solutions to the ongoing conflict.

The MWL’s condemnation calls for urgent action to end these violations and stresses the importance of upholding international laws to protect civilian lives and maintain peace in the region.
