The Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) has started a new program called "Kon Moallim," which means "Become a Teacher." This is the first program like this in the UAE, and it is open to both UAE Nationals and people from other countries living in the UAE. The program gives people a chance to become teachers after completing a one-year post-graduate diploma in education.

The goal of this program is to bring more variety to the teaching profession and help people move from learning the theory of teaching to actually practicing it in schools. ADEK is looking for people who are good at talking and enjoy teaching others.
ADEK will select 125 candidates who will be sponsored to take part in the program. They will study at schools like Abu Dhabi University, Al Ain University, and Emirates College for Advanced Education in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The program will be fast-paced and will take one year to finish.
The program will teach future teachers how to manage classrooms, lead students, and use good communication to help students learn. The training will also teach how to plan lessons, make learning activities, and create ways to check students' progress. The course will also cover how to use new teaching methods and technology to improve the way teaching is done.
By the end of the program, the teachers will know how to motivate students, how to change their lessons for different types of students, and how to handle modern teaching challenges. To join the program, applicants need to meet age requirements and have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Those who finish the program will get jobs teaching in schools in Abu Dhabi.
The "Kon Moallim" program is a great chance for people who want to become teachers and help improve education in the UAE.
