The lawsuit says that in November 2022, John Doe was playing music on the street near a famous nightclub in Los Angeles. A person who works with Combs noticed him and invited him to a private birthday party. At the party, he met Combs, who gave him a drink. The lawsuit claims that the drink was drugged.

John Doe says that Combs made big promises to help him get a music deal. But after drinking, he felt weak and dizzy. The lawsuit says that while he was unable to react, Combs forced him to do sexual acts and then raped him. Doe says he was too scared to report it at that time because Combs is powerful and famous. He also felt ashamed and shocked.

Now, Doe wants a trial with a jury. He is asking for money to cover his physical pain, emotional suffering, and mental stress. The lawsuit does not say how much money he is asking for. That will be decided in court.

Combs’ lawyers have denied all claims. They say the accusations are false and part of a publicity stunt. They also say that Combs has full faith in the court system and that the truth will prove he did nothing wrong.

This case adds to other legal troubles Combs has faced recently. The court will now look at the case and decide what happens next.
