Sakshi Dhoni rewears 15-year-old gold nath and choker at Pant's wedding

Sakshi Singh Dhoni recently showed how reusing old jewelry can be a great way to stand out at an event. At Rishabh Pant’s sister’s wedding, she wore a traditional gold nath and choker that she had first worn on her wedding day with Mahendra Singh Dhoni, back in 2010.

Sakshi looked absolutely stunning at the wedding, dressed in a bright lime-green silk saree. The saree was beautifully decorated, and she added a vibrant red and yellow dupatta with detailed embroidery and sequins. She draped the dupatta elegantly over one shoulder and secured it at her waist with a yellow belt to complete her look.

What caught everyone's attention was the nath she wore. This traditional nose ring was an exquisite piece of jewelry, featuring a large circular hoop made of gold, with ruby beads adding a rich touch. The chain of the nath had beautiful gold dangly details, making it even more elegant.

To match her saree, Sakshi added a red and yellow dupatta with intricate designs, making her outfit even more vibrant. She wore a traditional gulband choker necklace, also from her wedding day, and paired it with a long gold necklace and gold jhumkas (traditional bell-shaped earrings).

Sakshi chose a soft, glowing makeup look for this occasion, with kohl-lined eyes and a gentle pink lipstick. Her hair was styled in soft waves, with a few strands framing her face, giving her a mix of traditional and modern vibes.

The nath that Sakshi wore is a special piece in Indian culture. It’s a traditional nose ring that has been worn by brides for generations, especially in Rajputana traditions. Even today, many women wear this beautiful ornament, often giving it a modern twist. Sakshi’s choice to wear the same nath she wore on her wedding day proves how old jewelry can be just as glamorous and stylish when worn again.
