The high-profile gathering also included esteemed figures such as Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court; Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed, Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister, and First Deputy Ruler of Dubai; and Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.

During this session, Sheikh Mansour presided over a Ministerial Development Council meeting held at Qasra Al Watan in Abu Dhabi. The council convened to deliberate on a spectrum of initiatives, projects, and regulatory frameworks put forth by ministries and federal departments.
