Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH), which is part of Dubai South and works to grow the aviation industry, has finished building the first part of its Aerospace Supply Chain zone. This zone includes 11 buildings and covers a large area of 1,291,000 square feet. Many aviation companies are showing interest in setting up their businesses at MBRAH because of its modern infrastructure and support services.
This new zone is located on the land side and works as a freezone. It has been specially made for businesses that deal with aircraft engine repair, landing gear maintenance, parts and components, and other technical workshops. MBRAH is not stopping here — it is already working on expanding the zone. The next phase will add another 1,721,000 square feet of space.

One of the new projects being built is called the Suppliers Complex. This will be the first vertical aerospace building in the region and is meant to support startups and small-to-medium-sized businesses. The Suppliers Complex will be ready by the second quarter of 2026 and will have 88 units available for rent across three floors. These spaces will be used by maintenance companies, aircraft parts sellers, aerospace companies, and drone businesses.
Tahnoon Saif, the CEO of MBRAH, shared his thoughts by saying:
“There is a growing need for aviation services, especially maintenance and repair work (known as MROs). We have noticed that more companies want to start or grow their business at MBRAH. Once Al Maktoum International Airport is completed, we believe this demand will increase even more. We are ready to support all these businesses with our current and upcoming facilities. Our goal at MBRAH is to keep investing in top-quality buildings and services, and follow our leaders’ vision to make Dubai a major aviation hub.”
MBRAH gives global aviation companies a great place to work from. It is a freezone area that welcomes major airlines, private jet companies, aircraft maintenance firms, and more. MBRAH is also home to training centers and schools for people working in aviation. By doing all this, MBRAH wants to help grow engineering and aviation in Dubai and support the city’s goal of becoming a world leader in the aviation industry.
