The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has signed an important agreement with Binghatti Developers to boost sustainable housing in Dubai. This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aims to strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors, helping to create better housing solutions for citizens.

Through this partnership, MBRHE and Binghatti Developers will work together to share knowledge, exchange expertise, and explore investment opportunities in the housing sector. They plan to focus on using advanced construction methods and smart project management techniques to improve the quality of homes and make them more sustainable.

One of the key benefits of this agreement is that MBRHE beneficiaries will have access to high-quality housing units at affordable prices. These include apartments and villas that are in different stages of development—some are off-plan, some are still under construction, and others are ready to move into. This will provide more choices for citizens looking for homes that suit their needs.

The agreement also highlights the use of modern technology in housing projects. By incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) and the latest advancements in construction, both MBRHE and Binghatti Developers aim to enhance the quality and long-term sustainability of homes in Dubai.

His Excellency Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, CEO of MBRHE, emphasized the importance of this partnership, stating: “We are committed to working closely with the private sector to bring innovation into the housing industry. Our goal is to ensure that citizens have access to sustainable homes that meet their needs. This partnership with Binghatti Developers is a major step toward achieving this vision.”

Muhammad BinGhatti, Chairman of Binghatti Developers, also expressed his excitement about the collaboration. He said: “We are pleased to join hands with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment in developing modern and sustainable housing projects. This partnership will help provide high-quality homes for citizens and add great value to the housing sector.”

This agreement is part of MBRHE’s broader efforts to build strong partnerships and promote sustainable housing solutions. By working together with developers like Binghatti, MBRHE is helping Dubai move toward a future where every citizen has access to comfortable, high-quality, and affordable homes.
