Because of this money deal, M42 and Juvenescence will now work as a team. They will try to make new kinds of medicine that can help people live longer and stay strong. These new medicines will also help people fight sickness that happens when they grow old.

M42 has many smart people and strong tools to study the human body, collect blood and tissue samples, and test new ideas. Juvenescence has people who are very good at finding and making new medicines. By joining their skills, both groups want to find better ways to make strong treatments for serious sickness.

They will also work with smart people in other countries like teachers, doctors, and scientists. A small group of leaders from both M42 and Juvenescence will meet to check if everything is going well and if the work is moving in the right way.

Hasan Jasem Al Nowais, the main leader of M42, said this team-up is a big step to help people live longer and feel better. He said that together with Juvenescence, they will find new ways to help people stay healthy and happy.

Dr Fahed Al Marzooqi, another big leader at M42, said this plan will help stop sickness before it even starts. He said they want to give people not just more years to live, but more good years full of energy and joy.

Dr Richard Marshall, the head of Juvenescence, said he is glad to work with M42. He said the people at M42 are great at understanding the body and health, and Juvenescence knows how to make new medicines. Together, they can do something very special to help the world.

M42 is already doing big science work in Abu Dhabi. It has a very large science center that studies the human body. It is also helping with a project that looks at the genes of Emirati people. They have already studied over 800,000 people and plan to study one million. M42 also runs a large place that keeps health samples like blood and skin, which helps doctors and scientists learn more about sickness.

This partnership between M42 and Juvenescence will help Abu Dhabi become a world-famous place for health and science. It will help bring new medicine, new ideas, and better health to people in the UAE and across the world.
