Emirates is adding more cities to the list of destinations served by its upgraded Boeing 777 planes. Starting from April 14, Emirates will send its retrofitted aircraft to Seoul, South Korea, and from May 7, the upgraded Boeing 777 will also fly to London Stansted, UK. These planes have been fitted with new, improved cabins, offering a better flying experience. The refurbished planes will be a part of Emirates’ retrofit program, making their way into regular flights.
The Boeing 777 with four classes will start flying between Dubai and Seoul on flights EK324/325 three times a week: on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This makes Seoul the second city in East Asia to get the upgraded Emirates Boeing 777, which now includes Premium Economy and a newly designed Business Class cabin. This upgrade will offer customers more choices and a more comfortable flying experience.

By July 2025, Emirates will offer more than 3,150 weekly seats in Premium Economy. These seats will be available on flights to six popular destinations in East and Southeast Asia, including Tokyo, Osaka, Singapore, Seoul, and Shenzhen. This means more people will be able to enjoy the extra comfort and luxury that comes with flying in Premium Economy.
London Stansted is now the third airport in the UK to get these upgraded Boeing 777 planes, joining London Heathrow and Edinburgh. These flights are part of Emirates’ European network, which includes other cities like Brussels, Geneva, Zurich, Vienna, and Athens.
The retrofitted Boeing 777s have several new features, including a four-class setup with Emirates’ signature Premium Economy seats. These seats offer a mix of luxury and comfort, providing more space and better service. The Business Class section has a 1-2-1 seat layout, which gives each passenger direct aisle access and full flat beds for a more private and comfortable journey. Some planes even have exclusive First Class Gamechanger suites, offering luxury, comfort, and design like never before.
All cabins in the retrofitted Boeing 777s have been redesigned with a fresh, modern look. The new interiors feature soft color schemes, Ghaf Tree motifs, and elegant wood finishes throughout the plane.
Tickets for these flights can be booked through the Emirates website, the Emirates App, or via travel agents, both online and offline.
