The workshop aimed to fortify partnerships within the industry by providing comprehensive information on the rights and obligations outlined in real estate sales contracts. It included detailed explanations of the legal procedures essential for protecting the interests of all parties involved.
Abdullah Al Zarooni, Manager of the Legal Support Section at DLD, highlighted that this workshop is an integral component of the department’s commitment to boosting awareness and trust in the real estate market. Al Zarooni emphasized the importance of supporting developers with the knowledge and guidance necessary to adhere to best practices, thereby contributing to a balanced and sustainable real estate environment. "We are dedicated to providing full support to developers, equipping them with crucial insights to ensure they meet the highest project standards," he said.
During the workshop, developers had the opportunity to interact directly with legal experts from the DLD, which allowed them to deepen their understanding of current trends and legal requirements. This interaction was designed to ensure that developers are well-versed in compliance with the regulations governing the emirate’s real estate market.
The Dubai Land Department reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency in the real estate sector. This dedication is aimed at bolstering the confidence of investors, buyers, and developers, and aligns with DLD’s strategic vision of achieving global leadership in real estate investment. The workshop reflects DLD’s ongoing efforts to protect the rights of all market participants and support its overarching goal of advancing the real estate industry in Dubai.
