Ariana Grande recently talked about the hard times she faced with her mental health. She shared how music helped her get through those tough moments.

In 2017, a bombing happened at one of Ariana’s concerts in Manchester. It hurt many people and left Ariana feeling very sad. After that, she released an album called *Sweetener* in 2018. This album helped her find some peace after the tragedy.

Soon after her album came out, Ariana lost her ex-boyfriend, Mac Miller. His death made things even harder for her. Even though she was sad, she kept making music to help herself feel better.

In 2019, Ariana released another album, *Thank You, Next*. She said she really needed to do this to help herself feel better.

Ariana also went to therapy to deal with her feelings. She faced problems like sadness, anxiety, and loss. Ariana said making music was a way to heal. She made songs quickly because they helped her feel stronger and deal with what was going on.

Ariana explained that music saved her life and gave her hope when things were tough. It helped her get through dark times and showed how important music can be in helping people feel better.
