US Admiral Unveils "Hellscape" Strategy to Deter China from Invading Taiwan During the International Institute for Strategic Studies’ Shangri-La Dialogue Summit, Admiral Samuel Paparo, the commander of US Indo-Pacific Command, disclosed a bold strategy to dissuade China from invading Taiwan.
