Delhi-based real estate giant TARC Limited has unveiled impressive sales figures, totaling Rs 1,400 crore, from the inaugural phase of its flagship project, TARC Kailasa, situated in Central Delhi. The project's clientele boasts a distinguished array of high-net-worth individuals, business magnates, and top-tier professionals hailing from key sectors like technology, finance, and healthcare. Notably, since its launch merely a quarter ago, TARC Kailasa has witnessed a remarkable price surge of approximately 25%, indicative of its burgeoning popularity among discerning buyers.

Amar Sarin, the Managing Director & CEO of TARC Limited, attributed this surge in demand to the increasing preference for luxurious living spaces that seamlessly integrate comfort, security, parking convenience, and robust social infrastructure. Spanning across a sprawling 6-acre land parcel, TARC Kailasa epitomizes architectural finesse with its five towering structures, meticulously crafted by the renowned Andy Fisher Workshop based in Singapore. Emphasizing quality and expertise, TARC Limited has enlisted the esteemed Arabian Construction Company as its construction partner.
