These sessions were designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of RTA employees across various grades and roles.
The training programs, which attracted 157 participants, covered a range of topics essential for advancing urban mobility. Key areas included urban air mobility, hydrogen technologies for sustainable transport, the application of artificial intelligence in autonomous vehicles, and innovative approaches to urban planning. The training is part of RTA’s broader strategy to foster a culture of competitiveness and innovation, embracing global practices, encouraging unconventional thinking, and striving for leadership in the field of mobility.
The programs aimed to boost participants' understanding of emerging trends in mobility, enhance their knowledge of sustainable urban transport solutions, and prepare them for future challenges in the sector. By familiarizing employees with the latest technologies and applications, RTA seeks to support their ongoing professional development and improve overall performance.
