PIA flight lands safely at Lahore Airport with one wheel missing

A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight landed safely at Lahore Airport even though one of its back wheels was missing. The flight, PK-306, took off from Karachi and landed in Lahore on Thursday morning. No accident happened, and all passengers were safe.

After the landing, the pilot checked the plane and found that one of the six back wheels was missing. The airline has started an investigation to find out what happened. Officials are trying to know if the plane lost the wheel during takeoff or if it was already missing before the flight.

Some broken parts of the wheel were found at Karachi Airport. An official said, "It looks like the wheel was already in bad condition when the plane took off."

A PIA spokesperson said the landing was normal, and all passengers got off the plane as usual. He also said that the plane was made to handle such situations, so there was no danger to passengers.

The airline’s safety team and Lahore Airport officials are now looking into the matter. They will prepare a full report on the incident. Investigators will also check if someone stole the wheel, but officials think this is unlikely.
