The project will also have amazing features like one of the biggest swimming pools in Dubai, a modern gym, play areas for kids, and direct access to the beach.
Omar Derbas, the Executive Director at Palma Development, said, “We are proud to reach this stage of construction. It shows we are on track to finish Serenia Living on time, or maybe even earlier. We trust Khansaheb, our main contractor, to keep the project’s high quality.”
Palma Development is famous for building high-end homes. The design and interiors of Serenia Living were planned by Palma’s team, with help from experts at Godwin Austen Johnson (GAJ).
