Microsoft, Google, Boeing, and Adobe are each giving $1 million to help fund Donald Trump’s inauguration event. These companies are part of a group of tech firms supporting the celebrations for the new US president, which will take place later this month. Spokespeople from these companies confirmed the donations on Thursday.

Other tech giants like Amazon and Meta, along with OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, have also made similar contributions. Microsoft has previously given $500,000 to the inauguration fund in both 2017 and 2021.
In addition to these companies, Apple CEO Tim Cook is also donating $1 million to the fund. Apple, however, has not responded to requests for a comment on the donation.
These donations highlight the involvement of major tech firms in supporting presidential events, demonstrating their connection to the incoming administration.
