M42 has entered into a strategic partnership with ADGM Academy to provide educational and practical training programs for Emirati professionals over the coming years. The official signing ceremony was held at ADGM Academy, where key representatives, including Abdulla Al Suwaidi, a member of the ADGM Academy Board of Directors, and Faisal Al Mulla, Acting Group Chief Human Capital Officer at M42, outlined the partnership's goals. These include establishing an educational hub aimed at training the next generation of Emirati professionals, particularly in healthcare and technology-related roles. Additionally, the initiative will focus on upskilling current employees, helping them adapt to rapidly changing market conditions and demands.

This collaboration will become part of the National Development Programme and the Financial Job Centre. The partnership aims to deliver essential knowledge and training to both new Emirati talents and existing professionals working at M42. The programs and courses developed will address the industry’s core skill requirements and focus on fostering expertise in health-tech and related fields.
