The official signing ceremony was held at ADGM Academy, where key representatives, including Abdulla Al Suwaidi, a member of the ADGM Academy Board of Directors, and Faisal Al Mulla, Acting Group Chief Human Capital Officer at M42, outlined the partnership's goals. These include establishing an educational hub aimed at training the next generation of Emirati professionals, particularly in healthcare and technology-related roles. Additionally, the initiative will focus on upskilling current employees, helping them adapt to rapidly changing market conditions and demands.

This collaboration will become part of the National Development Programme and the Financial Job Centre. The partnership aims to deliver essential knowledge and training to both new Emirati talents and existing professionals working at M42. The programs and courses developed will address the industry’s core skill requirements and focus on fostering expertise in health-tech and related fields.

By partnering with private hospitals and government authorities, ADGM Academy seeks to build a skilled workforce that aligns with the UAE’s broader goals of economic progress and national development. The initiative will also bolster the UAE’s efforts to promote workforce development, particularly in critical sectors such as healthcare, public services, banking, and finance.

Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei, Chairman of ADGM Academy, emphasized the importance of the initiative, stating, "We are committed to equipping UAE Nationals with the leadership skills they need to succeed in their careers. By boosting their confidence and providing the right guidance, this partnership addresses the workforce needs of today while supporting the long-term goals of the UAE National Agenda. Our aim is to create a sustainable, knowledgeable economy driven by well-trained professionals."

Hasan Jasem Al Nowais, Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of M42 and Chairman of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, also highlighted the significance of the partnership. "Our collaboration with ADGM Academy is essential to empowering our Emirati colleagues. Through this partnership, we are aligning with the UAE’s strategic priorities and working to build a future-ready workforce. We will focus on developing an educational hub dedicated to closing skill gaps, retaining top talent, and supporting the transformation of both the local and global healthcare sectors."

Al Nowais added that the initiative represents an investment not only in education but also in the long-term professional growth of Emirati professionals. "We are committed to nurturing Emirati talent, providing limitless career opportunities, and ensuring that they are prepared to support the healthcare sector's ongoing evolution. This partnership is a vital step towards achieving these goals."

ADGM Academy is placing a strong emphasis on integrating UAE nationals into various sectors through its Job Centre. This initiative is part of a broader strategy aligned with the UAE National Agenda, which prioritizes the development of a highly skilled local workforce. In addition to offering training programs, the Job Centre connects Emirati job seekers with potential employers, ensuring that participants are well-equipped for various employment opportunities, particularly in healthcare.

The partnership between M42 and ADGM Academy represents a significant move toward creating a sustainable workforce capable of driving the UAE's future growth, ensuring that Emirati professionals are well-positioned to succeed in key sectors. This initiative reflects both entities' commitment to advancing the UAE's economic and social development through targeted education and workforce training.
