Taiyo Residences has 379 apartments, including studios and one, two, and three-bedroom units. The design of the building is based on the idea of light and space. The apartments are built to provide comfort and convenience for residents throughout the year, with a good mix of both indoor and outdoor living areas.
The project offers a wide range of amenities. There will be indoor and outdoor gyms, a lap pool, a beach pool, a kids’ pool, and a play area for children. There will also be an outdoor martial arts studio and a paddle court for sports lovers.
Taiyo Residences is designed with a focus on natural light. The building’s architecture is meant to bring in as much light as possible, creating bright and inviting living spaces. The building's exterior is made of glass, steel, and earth colors, giving it a modern and elegant look.
The apartments will have large windows that allow residents to enjoy amazing views of the area. Spacious balconies will also be available for people to relax and take in the surroundings.
The design is made to create peaceful living spaces where light flows freely, providing residents with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The developers want the living experience at Taiyo Residences to be relaxing and enjoyable.
Hamad Al Abbar, Managing Partner of LMD, spoke about the project saying, "Taiyo Residences is not just about real estate, it’s about living in a space that is designed with light. We are excited to offer a place where people can live well, connect with each other, and enjoy a high quality of life."
For entertainment, residents will be able to enjoy a BBQ area, a gaming lounge, table tennis, billiards, and a PlayStation zone. There will also be quiet areas like reading lounges, co-working spaces, and a coffee bar for relaxation.
Taiyo Residences is located near popular places like Ibn Battuta Mall, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and Mall of the Emirates. This makes it easy for residents to access shopping, entertainment, and leisure options.
With its thoughtful design and excellent location, Taiyo Residences is set to be a great place for people who want to live in a modern, comfortable, and vibrant community in Dubai.
