JAS Middle East Opens New HQ at Dubai South Logistics Hub

Dubai South, a large city-like area in Dubai that was built especially for aviation, logistics, and real estate, has opened a new regional headquarters for JAS Middle East. JAS is a well-known global company that offers shipping and supply chain services.

The opening event was attended by important guests including:

• HE Edoardo Napoli, Consul General of Italy in Dubai
• Biagio Bruni, the Founder and Chairman of JAS Worldwide
• Mohsen Ahmad, CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South
• Erwin Wittemaier, Area Vice President of JAS Middle East
• Other senior leaders from both Dubai South and JAS

This new facility covers 19,170 square meters and is specially built to match the company’s needs. It is designed with modern technology, eco-friendly systems, and high safety standards. The goal is to support JAS’s growth and help them serve customers all over the Middle East more easily.

The warehouse includes:

• Racked and open (bulk) storage areas
• Three temperature-controlled rooms
• Twelve loading docks with special doors and dock levellers
• A high ceiling (over 14 meters tall)
• Two floors of office space
• Solar panels on the roof to save energy and lower electricity costs

The warehouse also meets ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards, which means it is built with the environment and safety in mind.

Mohsen Ahmad shared his excitement by saying:

“We are happy to be part of JAS Middle East’s new chapter at Dubai South. This smart, green building will help serve not only the UAE but the entire Middle East with high-quality logistics services. It also shows that more international companies are choosing our Logistics District to grow their business.”

Biagio Bruni, the chairman of JAS, added:

“This new facility shows how serious we are about innovation, sustainability, and giving top service. We’re excited to grow stronger in this fast-moving region and support our customers with smart and custom-made logistics solutions.”

Dubai South’s Logistics District is known for its world-class services. It connects smoothly with Jebel Ali Port through a bonded logistics road, allowing faster movement of goods. It also links directly to Al Maktoum International Airport cargo terminals and includes special zones such as:

• EZDubai, a space fully focused on e-commerce
• Contract Logistics Zone, designed for managing storage and deliveries

With this new JAS facility, Dubai South continues to grow as a center for logistics and trade in the Middle East.
