The Family Care Authority (FCA) has forged a groundbreaking partnership with New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) to introduce the Case Management Professional Development Program. Spearheaded by NYU’s Silver School of Social Work, this initiative aims to elevate the proficiency and expertise of FCA's case managers, positioning them as top-tier social sector professionals globally.
