Dubai South Properties has finished the first part of The Pulse Beachfront, a beautiful community in Dubai South’s Residential District. This is an important step for the project, which aims to create a lively and comfortable place for families to live. The first phase includes 251 homes, such as three- and four-bedroom villas and five-bedroom waterfront villas. These homes will soon be ready for families to move in.

The remaining parts of The Pulse Beachfront are expected to be completed by early 2025, as planned. When the whole project is done, it will have 788 homes, including villas and townhouses. These homes will have three, four, or five bedrooms and will range in size from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet.
Each home is designed to be spacious and cozy. The villas will have large master bedrooms, a maid’s room, modern closed kitchens, private gardens, and parking spaces. They will also have study rooms, rooftop areas, and big living spaces. A key feature of the community is a large water lagoon with a man-made beachfront. There will also be a half-Olympic-sized swimming pool for exercise and relaxation.
The Pulse Beachfront will have many amenities for a happy and active lifestyle. Residents can enjoy a gym, fitness club, squash and tennis courts, climbing walls, and private lounges. There is also a yoga garden and aerobics studios for those who want to stay fit and calm. For children, there is a kids’ club, water park, and pool. Outdoor areas include skate parks, jogging tracks, and green spaces, along with courts for beach tennis and padel tennis. Shops, cafes, and a big supermarket are also close by for convenience.
Nabil Al Kindi, the CEO of Dubai South Properties, said, “We are happy to finish the first phase of The Pulse Beachfront. This shows our promise to deliver quality homes on time. We look forward to welcoming families to their new homes, where they can enjoy the modern design and great facilities in Dubai South.”
Dubai South is improving the Residential District with more services to make life easier for the people living there. These include parks, sports areas, shops, a large hypermarket, and a mosque. There is also a petrol station and a bus service that connects the area to the Expo Metro station. A new GEMS Founders School opened in August to serve the community.
Currently, more than 25,000 people live in the Residential District. They enjoy a special lifestyle, many facilities, and secure gated communities with apartments and townhouses. The completion of The Pulse Beachfront will add even more value, making Dubai South a great place to live.
