The conference will also feature tailored programs for students, young scientists, and researchers, offering them a chance to engage with industry leaders and gain valuable insights.
Sultan Al-Taher, Director of the Food Safety Department at Dubai Municipality and Chairman of the Organizing Committee, highlighted the significance of the conference in furthering Dubai’s role in shaping the future of food safety. He emphasized the municipality’s commitment to enhancing food sector sustainability, promoting best practices, and leveraging technological advancements to ensure the safety, sustainability, and nutritional value of food.
