Dr. Hany Torky, Project Manager of UNDP's Knowledge Project, shared insights into the initiative’s goals. “Through this collaboration with MBRF, we aim to deliver valuable knowledge and educational resources to all members of the Arab community, including Dubai Government employees. Our objective is to provide widespread access to learning and training, empowering individuals to advance their careers and contribute to a brighter future.”

The ‘FutureSkills4All’ initiative offers Dubai Government employees and other professionals free access to a range of materials, courses, and training programs provided by leading global companies such as Google, Meta, and IBM. The initiative targets various groups, including recent graduates, job seekers, and seasoned professionals, offering opportunities to enhance digital skills and stay updated with evolving industry demands.

The program features a broad array of courses covering essential and transferable skills such as personal development, job readiness, and English proficiency, as well as advanced topics in public and community entrepreneurship, AI, machine learning, customer service, data science, financial technology, project management, and marketing. By providing these resources, the initiative aims to support career advancement and ensure that professionals are well-prepared for both local and global job markets.

This collaboration between DGHR, MBRF, and UNDP represents a significant step towards enhancing knowledge excellence and shaping a promising future for Dubai’s workforce. Through this partnership, Dubai aims to cultivate a generation of well-equipped professionals ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow’s rapidly evolving work environment.
