In a surprising turn of events, Naval Power, the second-string in Appleby's arsenal, emerged victorious in the featured Singspiel Stakes (G2) presented by Longines. This triumph was particularly unexpected given Naval Power's 13-month absence from racing.

Under the skilled guidance of jockey Mickael Barzalona, Naval Power delivered an impressive performance.
