This plan includes housing loans worth AED 3.569 billion to support 2,373 people. It also gives land and housing grants worth AED 3.67 billion to help 2,540 citizens. Additionally, 461 people, including senior citizens, low-income retirees, and families of deceased citizens, don’t have to pay back their housing loans, saving them AED 486 million.

With this new package, the total amount of housing help given in 2024 is AED 13.216 billion. This has helped 8,891 citizens in different ways, such as loans, grants, and loan exemptions. Since the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority began, over AED 162.1 billion has been spent on housing help for more than 118,700 people. This shows how much the leaders care about giving families safe and stable homes.

Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, the chairman of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, thanked the leaders for their support. He said, "Our leaders are always working to make the lives of citizens better and to build stronger families in Abu Dhabi."

Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, said this plan shows how much the leaders care about the people. He said, "We will continue to work hard to make sure everyone in Abu Dhabi has a good home."

This announcement was made during the UAE’s celebrations of Eid Al Etihad on December 2. It shows the leaders’ efforts to make life better and bring joy to families during this special occasion.
