The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) has joined with Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches to start a new Visitor Experience (VX) Academy. This academy will help workers give better service to visitors. The agreement was signed during the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025 event. Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches will manage the academy, which is planned to open in July. This special academy will give training to people who work in hotels, transport, shops, airports, and many other places where visitors are welcomed. The goal is to make sure workers do their jobs better, show true Emirati values, and give a great experience to everyone who visits Abu Dhabi.

This new plan will make workers more skilled so they can offer wonderful service to visitors. It will also help Abu Dhabi become even more famous around the world as a great place to visit. His Excellency Saleh Mohamed Al Geziry, Director General for Tourism at DCT Abu Dhabi, said that this partnership shows how serious Abu Dhabi is about improving its tourism sector. He said that with the help of Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches, workers will learn important new skills and knowledge. He also shared that using new learning methods will help personalise training and raise service quality all over the city.
The VX Academy will bring all the current training programmes together and make learning easier and better for workers. Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches will lead the daily work of the academy. They will make the lessons and training plans, making sure everything follows Abu Dhabi’s rules and values for tourism. They will also test workers, study the market with DCT Abu Dhabi, and make sure the academy’s work always meets the city’s needs.
Georgette Davis, Managing Director of Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches, said they are proud to work with DCT Abu Dhabi on this big project. She said that their team is ready to give the best training to tourism workers. She also said that by working together, they will make sure every visitor has a special and memorable time in Abu Dhabi, helping the city become one of the top tourist spots in the world.
