This five-year deal will have NIP Group set up its main office in Abu Dhabi. This will help create new jobs in gaming and esports. The company will also expand its work in many areas, including gaming events, game publishing, and managing talented people.
ADIO will also work with NIP Group to make a plan for growing gaming and esports in the city, using the resources and location of Abu Dhabi. One big plan is to build a local esports academy and creative studios that will make games showing Abu Dhabi’s culture. NIP Group will also create new games and content based on parts of Abu Dhabi, like Al Ain and Al Dhafra.
This partnership will also focus on helping local people get new skills. NIP Group will start an internship program for UAE Nationals and offer programs for learning, mentoring, and even a global exchange program. These efforts are meant to help grow the economy by focusing on skills and knowledge.
Badr Al-Olama, Director General of ADIO, said, “Working with NIP Group shows we both want to be leaders in entertainment and technology. Bringing them to Abu Dhabi is an important step for growing the esports and gaming industries in the region and beyond.”
Hicham Chahine, Co-CEO of NIP Group, said, “We are excited to join ADIO and bring our Eastern and Western businesses together in Abu Dhabi. This partnership is a big step for the gaming industry in the Middle East.”
Mario Ho, Chairman and Co-CEO of NIP Group, said, “This deal shows our commitment to growing our business and supporting local talent. We want to create more jobs and help Abu Dhabi become a leader in esports and gaming, helping to train the next generation of professionals in the Middle East and beyond.”
