Indian captain Rohit Sharma achieved a significant milestone on Thursday, surpassing former skipper Sourav Ganguly to become the fourth-highest run-scorer in international cricket. This achievement unfolded during the fourth Test against England in Rajkot. Rohit's noteworthy performance included his 11th Test century, a remarkable knock of 131 runs in 196 balls, embellished with 14 fours and three sixes.

In the realm of international cricket, Rohit's overall tally now stands at an impressive 18,641 runs in 470 matches, maintaining an average of 43.35. His remarkable contribution encompasses 47 centuries and 100 fifties. Notable cricket legends ranking above him in this regard include Sachin Tendulkar (34,357 runs), Virat Kohli (26,733 runs), and Rahul Dravid (24,064 runs).

Delving into Test cricket specifics, Rohit has accumulated 3,958 runs in 57 matches, boasting an average of 45.49. This includes 11 centuries and 16 half-centuries, with his highest score being an impressive 212.

Shifting focus to One Day Internationals (ODIs), Rohit's prowess is evident with 10,709 runs in 262 matches at an average of 49.12. This ODI record features 31 centuries and 55 fifties, with his highest score being a monumental 264.

Rohit's dominance extends to the T20I format, where he has amassed 3,974 runs at an average of 31.79 and an impressive strike rate exceeding 139. His T20I record includes five centuries and 29 half-centuries, with a highest score of 121*.

Moreover, with three sixes in the fourth Test, Rohit surpassed the legendary MS Dhoni to become India's second-highest six-hitter in Tests, boasting a total of 80 sixes. Virender Sehwag holds the top spot with 90 sixes, while England captain Ben Stokes leads the overall chart with 128 sixes.
